Receiving vessels and elements

The delivery quote is $12.95 for a nonempty selection with goods below $250.00. Goods totalling at least $250.00 qualify for free delivery, assessed before the welcome reduction. If activated, the 10% welcome offer reduces the goods amount only. Review the complete quote beside your filter build before submitting the receiving address.

An order reference records your request and is not a dispatch notice. For delivery questions, send the reference and vessel or cartridge name to support@clearfilterlab.shop. Confirm that the recipient details identify the place where the parcel should be received.

On arrival, inspect glass or ceramic surfaces, tap fittings and the outer carton before assembly. Keep protective inserts while checking the contents. If you want to discuss a return, state whether the vessel has held water and whether elements remain sealed, dry and unused. Include the affected item and condition details before sending anything back.
